Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all digital products and coaching services provided by Klókr AS, a company registered in Norway (Organization No. 922949387). These terms govern all transactions between our company ("we", "our", "us") and the purchasing business client ("you", "your", "the Client").

By purchasing our products or services through our Kajabi-powered website, you confirm that you are acting as a business entity and that you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

Our products and services are intended exclusively for business use. We do not accept purchases from individual consumers (non-business clients). If you are a consumer under applicable consumer protection laws, please do not proceed with the purchase.

2. Products and Services

We offer the following digital products and services:

  • Downloadable templates and toolkits

  • Online courses (self-paced or time-limited access)

  • Business coaching (1:1 sessions or packages)

All products are delivered digitally via Kajabi or through links provided after payment confirmation.

3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are listed and charged in USD unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments are processed securely via Kajabi’s checkout system and must be completed before access is granted.

  • We do not offer payment plans unless explicitly stated.

  • No VAT is charged on sales outside Norway, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

4. Usage Rights

  • Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product within your business.

  • You may not redistribute, resell, share, or modify the content without prior written consent.

  • Coaching sessions are for the named client only and may not be recorded, redistributed, or rescheduled after the cancellation window has closed.
     
  • You may not use any part of our materials to create competing products or services, nor may you use our content for any unlawful or misleading purposes.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of digital products and services, and as this is a business transaction, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted or sessions have been delivered, in accordance with applicable B2B regulations.
  • For coaching services:
    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
    • No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable and considered used.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring your contact and payment details are correct.

  • You are responsible for backing up your materials where appropriate.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We make no guarantees of specific results from use of our products or coaching services.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or data.

  • Our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by Norwegian law.
Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Oslo, Norway.
If you are located outside of Norway, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are published indicates acceptance.

We encourage you to review the Terms regularly. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notification when required.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
