My work
I have a Master’s degree in business administration and used to work as a management consultant. The intersection between strategy, leadership and psychology was where I geeked out, and workshop facilitation was my expertise.
However, I always knew I wanted to build my own business, and with my constant flow of ideas and creativity, that’s what I did when I was made redundant from the consulting firm in 2018.
I used to think that my booksmart brain and my creativity were my biggest strengths. But after running my own business for six years, with little capacity to hustle and grind, I have learned that my biggest gift is the way I pay exquisite attention and respond to the moment.
This is a skill that has helped me achieve a lot while doing a little. I want to help you do the same so that you can make your work matter and live your whole life.
My Why
When we’re dreaming of a better world, we tend to picture the world as a whole - as from a satellite perspective. And who wouldn’t feel insufficient trying to better the entire world, for all species, at all times? But what if we zoom in? What if you start seeing your business as a small but significant part - of an interconnected web of relationships and effects.
Then creating a better service for your clients, and a better work and life for yourself, actually impacts the world in a positive way. And every little effort you make, will have ripple effects throughout the systems you are a part of.
Make your work matter. Live your whole life. That's my wish for you. What I bring to the table are tools, techniques and insights that make it easier for you to do the hard things and evolve into a true leader in all aspects of your life.
I want to show you that to lead is a verb, and your ability to do so is not dependent on having a team. You lead through the way you show up for your business - for your clients, contractors, peers, audience, your loved ones, and yourself.

My clients...
So far, I've primarily worked with companies here in Norway, but I genuinely believe online business owners could use what I've got to offer. For several years, I have been observing the online business world while simultaneously working as a leadership consultant, facilitator, and instructor for leadership students. I'm excited to bring some of my best tools to this broader space.
My tools
Not that many people know both the field of leadership development and the online business industry. But I do. And that’s why I share generously from my toolkit to help online business owners evolve into true leaders in all aspects of their lives.
- Traditional MBA and consulting tools, You know the stuff they teach in business schools, and pay consulting firms to bring into big corporations. I’ve picked up tools from all sides of the table; student, teacher, consultant, client. The classic tools are classic for a reason, and I can show you how to apply them - either directly or with a twist for your specific need.
- Systemic coaching, My coach training, certified by the European Mentor and Coaching Council (EMCC), uses a systemic approach. This means we see organizations and challenges as connected to whole systems. These systems can be changed bit by bit, but they are also sustained by their interconnected parts. This approach comes through in everything I do, because once you've started to notice the complexity in things, you become allergic to quick fixes and one-size-fits-all solutions.
- Process facilitation, I’ve trained hundreds of people in facilitation techniques, and have facilitated both small and large groups myself. What I really get a kick from, is designing processes that help a team or individual go from status quo to a desired result. I can provide hands-on, done-for-you process design and facilitation, or expert guidance on the tools and methods you can use to facilitate yourself.
- Soft skills, No matter the toolkit you have, the most important tool is yourself. I’ve spent my whole career so far in competence development in one way or another, but none of the most valuable lessons I’ve given or received were written in a book. Listening - truly listening, both inward and outward - is perhaps the most underrated skill a leader and teacher can have. If you work with me, I promise I will do my very best to listen. I’ll also share how you yourself can notice the most significant things in your situation, and how to respond to those insights.
